They did a great job all season on block/charge calls. Now that’s it’s the tournament, refs are falling for the flops and calling charges just like always.

I don't think coaches are leaving big jobs for "bigger" jobs much anymore.  There is too much money everywhere for guys to leave, if they like where they are.
