So question, does Iowa have any impressive wins now that we know MSU isn't all that.

MSU is still a top 25 rpi win so it's still an impressive win. Outside of Purdue their best win is probably whicita state minus van vleet

It is written correctly, they are a very good team.

Then shouldn't you have put a "Not".  As in you must not watch purdue.

I don't buy it, they are an ok team.  But they have significant deficiencies that can be exploited.

No. I was telling you that you should watch them. And then call the call them bad, if that is the conclusion. Take a look at kenpom, see what it says they are.

I have watched them.  They are a good team but they have weaknesses that teams can exploit.  We saw how bad Illinois was, they were able to exploit those weaknesses.  And Kenpom is hardly perfect they still have MSU top 16.  There is no way they are a top 16 team right now.

vs. MSU, @MSU and @pu?  I'll take all of those wins over any of our wins...

I never said anything about our wins.  The fact their wins are better than ours doesn't make them good per se.

rpi is the one the committee will use and Michigan st is 16th as well. Michigan st is 4-2 against the rpi top 25 teams and 4-1 against the rpi top 51-100 teams. So 8-3 against the top 100. Not too many teams can roll out that resume. There last 2 loses were by 1 pt. they are still a quality team

This is getting interesting.  I am shocked MSU is struggling this bad---especially at home.  The injury bug has left them depleted and messed with their chemistry.  I still think they get it turned around by March--probably about the time we play them!

Maryland keeps winning close ones and Purdue is up and down.  I like our chances against both of them in The Hall.

Iowa looks like the class of the Big Ten to me. Our game with them will be a war and may have title implications.
