New guys are a blast. I’ve been a Hield fan for years and Rese is as advertised. Need them to continue to be fun and blow 4th qtr leads, which appears to be the case tonight. Demo Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 This is an amazing pass. There is no angle here and Halliburton just finds one. Quote
Hovadipo Posted February 13, 2022 Author Posted February 13, 2022 Another supremely entertaining tank game. Rese with 15 assists, Brissett doing Brissett things and we get to watch Anthony Edwards go the hell off. Rico 1 Quote

I wouldn't mind if we grabbed Jaden Ivey, Wendell Moore and Oscar Tshiebwe in the draft... As long as we trade away Brogdon and McConnell. Quote
reconmkd Posted February 16, 2022 Posted February 16, 2022 Just checked the box score of the last Spurs game, and if the positions are listed correctly, Romeo was sent into a tough situation. The game listed 6 shooting guards for the Spurs from that game. Alford Bailey 1 Quote

Unfortunately, I think his career is going to be short lived. He's lost any scorers mentality he had and that's hurt him a lot. He honestly plays scared on offense, at least he did in Boston. Quote

Demo Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 Ok, quick rant. This obviously ridiculous hot take has been out there for 30 years and it makes me nuts. Maybe the most dynamic small scoring guard in the history of the game WAS NOT BETTER AT FOOTBALL! I don’t have to watch him play a single second to know that. The most unguardable 1 on 1 player I’ve ever seen was not better at the sport he was 50lbs too light to play in college. And I heard Bob Ryan say it again as recently as probably 6 months ago. No. No, no. Just stop it. Thank you. Better now. Class of '66 Old Fart, johnsoniu and Loaded Chicken Sandwich 2 1 Quote

He also said Marcus Vick was gonna be better at Va Tech than Michael. I’m sure he also thought Usain Bolt’s younger brother Steve was pretty g*dd*mned fast and Magnus Carlsen is even better at mahjong. johnsoniu 1 Quote
Hovadipo Posted February 25, 2022 Author Posted February 25, 2022 Levert and Garland will be sidelined for a bit with small injuries. We could use a little slide from them to move up our other 1st rounder. Best case scenario for the last stretch of the season is Haliburton and Brogdon not working well together. Unfortunately, I think Brogdon is really good off the ball and that could be a recipe for lottery disaster. Or...Brogdon could just get hurt again which is almost a guarantee in a 22 game stretch. thebigweave 1 Quote
