Harris has just been in a better situation, I agree on Harris having been in a better situation, but he's just the more efficient scorer and about the same defensively. He's also a couple years younger. I think Vic can be good here but I could also see his efficiency being horrendous. Quote
IUfan_Charlie Posted October 9, 2017 Posted October 9, 2017 This could turn out to be one of the worst decisions in NBA history. Embiid has played 31 games in his entire 3 year career. taco corp, KingPG21, BtownBanner6 and 2 others 5 Quote

Class of '66 Old Fart Posted October 11, 2017 Posted October 11, 2017 OG back on the court in a game situation for the first time since Jan. 18. He's on a per game minute restriction and how quickly the restriction will be eased or eliminated is uncertain but possibly as soon as the regular season starts for the Raptors on the 19th, or at the very least shortly thereafter. 10.10.17 W/L W/L Min. Class of '66 Old Fart Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 Good outing for Yogi who will likely see extended minutes in the near term. Curry's return is uncertain with his leg injury and in the first half tonight, Dennis Smith limped off with an ankle injury and did not return. Class of '66 Old Fart Posted October 14, 2017 Posted October 14, 2017 Pre-season is over. Season starts for real next Tuesday. Gordon with a great game and hopefully an omen of how his season will go. Anunoby also with some really good stats in his limited minutes. Hovadipo Posted October 18, 2017 Author Posted October 18, 2017 Awful. Just awful. I’ve never felt physically ill after seeing an injury except for PG’s. Get well soon. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote

BGleas Posted October 18, 2017 Posted October 18, 2017 That was awful. Feel horrible for Gordon Hayward, and pulling for a full recovery. As a Celtics fan it sucks too, I mean that pretty much ends their season, and then as an NBA fan in general it really stinks as the East is pretty over as well. Stinks all the way around. Quote
HinnyHoosier Posted October 18, 2017 Posted October 18, 2017 GH has an tough recovery ahead of him (I know...duh). But man, with this likely being a tri-mal fracture and dislocation, he also tore so much soft tissue...To get the strength, stability, and mobility back to a weight bearing joint like that is going to take a lot of time. And that's just to get back to running, never mind full game speed. Many more hurdles than what PG had to clear. Prayers and best wishes to Gordon.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners BtownBanner6 1 Quote
