PG is oversimplifying.  He didn't want to be here, and acted like it.  It was known for years that he wasn't thrilled to be in Indiana.  He's bitter now because his Super Team didn't work.

His replacement sure is awesome, though!  Here's some fun on Instagram I think everyone will enjoy.  First, a post by Victor earlier today.

And then, a few hours later...

I'm liking Vic's style choice.

Capsule summary and at first glance makes sense to me:

In April the Rockets proposed at a league meeting that the NBA should start free agency at least a week -- and likely more -- before the draft. The Rockets are not the first team to contemplate that notion; Mike Zarren, Boston's assistant general manager, used his very first tweet as a plea to flip the order of the draft and free agency. (The concept is popular across Boston's brain trust; Zarren noted in his tweet that Austin Ainge, Boston's director of player personnel, sold him on the idea.) Other leagues, including the National Football League, schedule free agency first.

But Houston is the first NBA team to officially propose it, and the idea has gained some momentum -- including the support of a few prominent general managers, league sources say. The Rockets are now working with those supporters and the league office to construct a semi-specific calendar outlining how events would flow from free agency, to the draft, and through summer league.

Pacers give Doug McDermott 3 years 22 million in the most Pacers FA signing imaginable. We need bench shooting though but damn...

So they finally got the white guy factor they needed. I loved watching him play when he was at Creighton.

Disagree with this take 100%. Race isn’t the factor. Likeability and winning are what is important to the fans. Oladipo offers both.

Lebron to the Lakers

I absolutely do not understand this. No reason to stay in Cleveland, but the Lakers really don’t look any better. Even with Kawhi, you now have to play through the Thunder, Rockets, and/or Warriors just to get to the Finals.

To me it sounds like he is piggybacking off what Durant has done outside of basketball.
