It just so happens that on the NBA's final night, there are two teams tied for the last open playoff spot. And they're playing each other. And they're now in overtime. Who is the NBA's script writer?

And the T'Wolves pull it out with a 112-106 win over the Nuggets.  Also on the final night of the regular season, Markelle Fultz became the youngest player in NBA history to notch a triple-double and he did it coming off the bench no less.  He finished with 13 pts., 10 reb. and 10 assists. in just 25 minutes of action and the Sixers won their 16th straight game.   Playoff schedule follows in my next post.

Fun fact: this was the first year since 96-97 the East has more 50+ win teams than the West.
It also sucks that the Pacers have to play Cleveland first round.. But I think it is better than playing the Sixers right now.

FWIW, the Pacers won three of four from the LeBrons in the regular season.

You really don't watch the games, do you. Just stick to the same old schtick no matter what happens.

I don't watch the games anymore. It's the same story every time. Ignore Lebron as he fouls, travels and acts a fool. Somebody breathes on Lebron it's a foul in the act of shooting even if he didn't have the ball.

After a decade the reruns got old. They probably hand the refs a list of each players jersey sales before every game. The league is pathetic.

You really don't know what you're talking about.

Breathe on LeBron and it's a foul? More like wrap him up with both arms and it's not a foul.

"If you breathe on LeBron it's a foul."

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cbssports.com/nba/news/nba-admits-refs-missed-kevin-durants-late-fouls-on-lebron-james-in-christmas-game/amp/

On Tuesday, the NBA conceded that the officials missed not one, not two, but three calls on Durant in the final 72 seconds of the contest. The admission came via the league's Last Two Minute Report, which said that Durant fouled LeBron James on two separate sequences -- including twice in one sequence.

And they gave LeBron 3 FTs in the final seconds from a foul while he was dribbling and nowhere near a shooting motion.

If you can't see they cater to their superstars I question what you're watching.

It's the NBA. You can get fouled, dribble, pass fake and take two steps and they still count the basket. Basically if you're a superstar and you're facing the basket when you get fouled, you get free throws.

I think he's a mediocre head coach but he never had a chance in Orlando. That org is a dumpster fire.

He needs a GM that gets him players for his system. He really should consider coming to the college ranks he could do quite well I think
