Seeing everywhere that the Lakers overpaid here. Maybe, maybe not. The tangible return is 1sts 5 years out and 7 years out. And then the swaps are straight lottery tickets, maybe huge/maybe nothing. More assets for the Ainge’s. But if a 24yo Kessler  is a Championship-caliber starting C for the next 10 years that doesn’t feel like a fleecing to me.

Tend to agree. I do think Kessler can develop as a championship center. Already a very good piece and competent big men are at a premium.

Not sure how well he can judge horses but he knows a coach in over his head when he sees one.
