OT: UNC academic scandal continues...

Recommended Posts

Pretty sad isn't it? Let's take a look:

IU - 2 players suspended because their guardian was a booster for his ex-wife buying alumni bumper stickers before these kids were born.

UNC - Creates fake classes and help their athletes cheat so they can play sports, but get no punishment.

I don't see an issue at all people, the NCAA got it right.......

Sent from my DROID4 using BtownBanners mobile app

Everything is okay as long as you don't report the truth. I don't know about you but that's how I was raised...

Sent from my sarcastic iPhone using BrownBanners
You can't make this stuff up...

Anyone remember TrustinRoy, that old hack from the Scout boards who used to hang around our site and play nice? He's saying "sources" are telling him McCants only did the interview because he was paid to say the things he said and is completely broke.

UNC is quickly moving up the ranks of programs I want to get hammered into oblivion. They're now in 3rd place on my hit list, behind Kentucky basketball and Ohio State football.

I've been jumping around a lot. Still haven't decided on anything. I should probably get on that.

I would venture to guess that no matter what classes you are taking you are learning significantly. Living independently, functioning socially, gaining and respecting responsibilities, and how to party Wednesday through Sunday. ;)

Now former UNC basketball players and even football players are taking him to the woodshed on Twitter.

There was a time I always rooted for UNC against Duke. I'm honestly embarrassed to think I was rooting for players who cheated their way through college and are desperately trying to cover it up.

If I was an undergrad who didn't play sports but majored African American studies, I'd sue the university. It makes their degrees worthless .

Roy Williams was busted before, giving gifts to graduating players at Kansas. This was a clear NCAA violation which was one of many reasons his program was put on NCAA probation for Lack of Institutional Control in 1996. Dude has a history of cheating. Time to wipe him out of the sport.
