True enough MikeRoberts--I don't even think Baylor is still in this thing.

 

The balls are usually worthless until this time---a few days out----as there are sometimes leaks or insiders that get and give out info.

Didn't SMU just get another SG commit? Correct me if I'm wrong about that.

 

If they did, I think Shake to OU is much more likely than SMU. Don't see Baylor in this at all.

 

Still hoping it will be IU! Playing the "waiting for Wednesday" game right now.

I have no clue whether we'll get him or not, but not sure of where the pessimism on this one comes from? He took his visit, said he liked it and said it would be a week or two and then he'd announce. It's pretty much followed his timeline to a T. In terms of what I've seen, nothing else has come out of his camp.

Good points BGleas---we know nothing either----just looking at circumstancial evidence of IU beginning to recruit other guards, OG moving his announcement to the day before because I don't see how we take both, SMU taking extra trips to see him, and most recent scouting services going with OU.  Still a possibility he becomes a Hoosier and I would love it!

 

My gut says he is a Sooner.

That has never stopped us before. We are over committed by 2 for next year, why not make it for 2 or more which looks like reality the way we are still recruiting. Crean has had 6 or more newcomers in 4 of 7 years. We have 7 this year which helps me understand everything with regards to continuity and consistent winning.
