Watched the Cubs/Cards this afternoon.  I hope that Cubbies' defense today was just an aberration.

It is probably going to be another long season, but oh well, Go Tigers. Fun though they are finally playing the Braves at home in interleague so I will get to see them in person.

Reds were picked to win the central before a rash of injuries, now they are picked 3rd.

Anxious to see how the Diamondbacks do this year. Great run last season, all the way to the WS, but can they repeat?

Adding Eduardo Rodriguez to the pitching staff should help, and they picked up a couple more bats in Eugenio Suarez and Joc Pederson.

But they're still in the division with the Dodgers and their massive payroll. I'll take another run via the wild card route again.

Can't wait. Go from the clown show that is IUBB to the absolute clown show that is White Sox baseball. Why does every one of my teams have the management of kindergartners? White Sox O/U win total is 61.5, I pounded the under. Play Ball!

Montgomery is signing after opening day, so the D'Backs should be a playoff team if they stay healthy.

Looks like Justin Steele blew a hammy trying to field a bunt.

That ending was fitting though. Catcher gets caught arguing whether it was a foul ball giving up the go ahead run and then gets the walk off in the 10th. [emoji849] Hope Steele is OK.

DBacks are up 14-1 over Colorado with one out in the bottom of the 3rd... 

UPDATE: The DBacks scored 14 runs in the 3rd, and batted around TWICE in the same inning - sending 18 batters to the plate.

The guy who got cut from the O's roster to make room for Jackson Holliday -- the top MLB prospect -- wished him well.

Edey "throwing" first pitch at Cubs game. 

Sure there have been some awful ceremonial first pitches over the years, but this is especially egregious. What punishment would be approriate for him? I think a series of electric shocks or good caning (Singapore style) is in order.
