LamarCheeks Posted January 23, 2024 Posted January 23, 2024 Adrian Beltre, Joe Mauer and Todd Helton into the Hall of Fame. To me, Beltre's a slam dunk. Not so sure about the others. They were very good -- but HOF worthy? Well, the voters said so. Nobody asked me! Quote

Being Peyton Manning's buddy (Helton) just doesn't help you get in the Football HOF, it works for baseball too. Quote

Rico Posted March 27, 2024 Posted March 27, 2024 Watched the Cubs/Cards this afternoon. I hope that Cubbies' defense today was just an aberration. pappy1865 1 Quote
OKHOOSIER Posted March 27, 2024 Posted March 27, 2024 It is probably going to be another long season, but oh well, Go Tigers. Fun though they are finally playing the Braves at home in interleague so I will get to see them in person. Quote
IUFAN1976 Posted March 27, 2024 Posted March 27, 2024 Reds were picked to win the central before a rash of injuries, now they are picked 3rd. Go REDS!!! IH8PU 1 Quote
cleeter Posted March 27, 2024 Posted March 27, 2024 Tomorrow will be my 17th straight opening day. Pumped for some baseball. Lets go Redlegs! IH8PU and Rico 2 Quote
AZ Hoosier Posted March 27, 2024 Posted March 27, 2024 Anxious to see how the Diamondbacks do this year. Great run last season, all the way to the WS, but can they repeat? Adding Eduardo Rodriguez to the pitching staff should help, and they picked up a couple more bats in Eugenio Suarez and Joc Pederson. But they're still in the division with the Dodgers and their massive payroll. I'll take another run via the wild card route again. Rico and IH8PU 2 Quote
johnsoniu Posted March 27, 2024 Posted March 27, 2024 Can't wait. Go from the clown show that is IUBB to the absolute clown show that is White Sox baseball. Why does every one of my teams have the management of kindergartners? White Sox O/U win total is 61.5, I pounded the under. Play Ball! Quote

Montgomery is signing after opening day, so the D'Backs should be a playoff team if they stay healthy. Quote
