If the picture does not work check Twitter - Doyel confirms he has told his teammates

I'm not sure i understand a move like this. Why move that far away for the year? It's not like he doesn't have offers coming in playing at southport. If the goal is nba, let's say he goes to IU, if he's nba talent then he makes the nba.

Can someone explain this too me. The last thing I would want to do is ship my kid somewhere that far off.

Prolific prep is not a "school". It is solely a basketball factory and traveling roadshow. now maybe some of our posters can be helped to move past this nonsense that a young man that was born in Indiana intrinsically makes for a better Indiana Hoosiers basketball player.

Pass!!!

Wonder what the kick back is to this place...... beyond the tuition.

So true. Maybe he thinks that this will get him more "exposure," but is he really lacking in that category? If the NBA is his goal then the schools on his list can get him there. It's not like he's really going to be playing against much better teams than he would have at Southport. A lot of these basketball prep schools are highly ranked, but they would probably lose to the top 4a teams in Indiana. They're full of highly ranked players but their games seem to look more like aau games.

All lost in this discussion is school started a month ago. So, what happened? And when? Something stinks in suburbia! ( to quote one of the best 80s movies of all time)

This, so much this. So many different reasons could be behind it. School vs. out of school, basketball vs. non basketball, parents vs. Paul, recruiting? Just don't like the idea of going to Pro Prep. It's in Napa right?

He probably doesn't want everyone to see him getting his ass handed to him by Romeo again in the state semifinals, that wouldn't be good for his image or ranking.

That isn't really fair, Romeo is the 2nd ranked player in his class and probably the best IN guard since Eric Gordon.
