My home town needs lots prayers . Last night, an anhydrous ammonia tanker overturned a half mile East of Teutopolis. 5 people were immediately killed including 2 children under 12 who had just gotten home with their father. He perished also. The entire town was evacuated. My family and I are ok. My sister opened up her house to us in Effingham. It will be at least tomorrow afternoon before anyone will be allowed to go home. I was allowed to be escorted to my home this evening to get medicine I need. WTWO and national news have covered it

My father has been dealing with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia for a few years, but just today he's been told that he has fast growing Squamous Cancer that's made it into his bones.  Stage 3 or 4.  Prognosis is not good.

Please call your parents if you're lucky enough to still have them.  Visit them and make dinner for them.  Create memories.  Laugh, hug them, tell them you love them.

Prayers for Jerry are appreciated.

Here I sit in ICU.  The doctor said we need to get family here asap.  Doubtful he makes it through the week.

I'm still praying for a miracle here.  Prayers for Jerry are appreciated

Been in that situation a few times myself. Lost both of my parents in my twenties, so I have some sense of what it's like. I'll keep you in my thoughts.

I lost my dad in February of this year of a sudden heart attack at 61 years young. Not all situations are the same of course, but I kind of know what you’re going through. May you receive the prayers and kinds words that I received from so many people. Prayers to you and your family Josh.
