Just read that the transfer window doesn’t open until a new head coach is announced. Not when the coach is fired.

Article I read made it sound like permanent.  Made it sound like Players can’t transfer from Penn State mid season. Which matches what we are seeing tons of kids have decomitted but nobody has said they are entering transfer portal or intend to enter

That makes sense, actually. If it worked otherwise, the cream of the crop could be long gone before the new coach is even selected. Unfortunately for us.
