Great news!  No further info from the guy close to it but can assume IU stepped up and did the right things to close the deal.

Might have been an either or thing.. or maybe they project one of McD, Johnson, or Jones to play inside. Or take all the talent and figure the rest out later.

I know we will still be portal shopping, but it seems like this might be a slightly larger o-line class due to losing a lot to graduation and projections based on the number of offers we have out. I know Bostad likes some of our young guys but we will definitely need to add talented linemen after 2026.

With replacing 4 guys, I'd be pretty surprised if we don't get 2 guys in the portal... 

I really liked Jones film. I've not watched any of the other two, yet-- Johnson and McD do play a better schedule.  Jones's isn't exactly poor, though.

I was hoping his teammate would come with him but kind of figured it may be one or the other.  Im not really familiar with what we have on O-line for our younger guys at this point.  Appears we have alot leaving after this season so I would guess that is why we have so many we are looking at in 27?

Still needs to sign, long way to go. But, Hoosier stays in the Hoosier state! It's our second Hoosier and OT to commit. IUFB is starting to get the in-state recruits, unlike the past where they'd typically look elsewhere to places like Notre Dame.
