Couple of the different X accounts also implying this is pretty weak competition. All I care about there is 10 attempts in 10 minutes. Let them fly. A little rust in a live game situation is to be expected. Home Jersey, J34, Dave from Dayton and 4 others 7 Quote

Popular Post Class of '66 Old Fart Posted August 6 Popular Post Posted August 6 Osterman - The Hoosiers pulled away comfortably in the last 5-7 minutes of the half. Bayamon was scoreless for at least the last four minutes (live stats aren't available), and again, Bayamon just didn't have the quality to hang on. There was a telling moment near the end of the first half, when Conerway found Enright on the run with just one defender near him. Instead of reaching for the easy layup, Enright threw a hard pass to DeVries on the wing. DeVries' 3 didn't go in, but the emphasis alone spoke volumes. Indiana is intent upon being a team that runs the floor, spaces it and scores from all over it. I could count on one hand the number of designed post-ups Indiana ran in the half-court across those two quarters. This is what Darian DeVries promised. It's still striking to see. Home Jersey Posted August 6 Posted August 6 Great. Build some confidence from this first game and chemistry on the trip. Fair to assume the friendly with Mega will be a different story, but that doesn't matter. Nice way to get some momentum rolling within the program after 10 practices. Easily the most anticipation I've had for IUBB in a decade at least. southsidehoosier, J34 and mike vannice 3 Quote

Class of '66 Old Fart Posted August 7 Posted August 7 Josh Pos - Sam Alexis is by leaps and bounds the tallest player on the floor. It is to his advantage. He has Indiana's first double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. southsidehoosier and thebigweave 2 Quote
