Did you learn your seat location on August 28th, or just that you had tickets?

We’re not supposed to get seat assignments until late October I believe. So…no one knows where they’re sitting until a couple weeks before the game.

Jeez at this point, just open the doors 2 hours before game time and squatters rights prevails.

Credit card was charged accordingly.

Only balcony available, starting at $62.75 in the corners.

That is interesting as well - the request form emailed to IU season ticket holders showed a price range of $49-$349 with no breakdown of price points in between.  Wonder where the $49 seats were and why they sold out before the seats you're seeing?

It’s a clusterfudge. You can get tickets in row 1 of section 229 (a balcony corner) for 62.75. In that same corner section, row 3 through the top row is going for 82.75.

These are not re-sale tickets either. Two different things happening at once. And for anyone interested, row 1 balcony seats at Gainbridge are excellent value.

Was told the same thing by the friend who bought our tickets for Baylor. Row 1 balcony were like $90 and last row lower bowl were $160 or some such. Kind of nuts.

That’s a wild price point for an exhibition. I’ve said it a million times, I have yet to run into a bad seat at Gainbridge and I’ve sat just about everywhere so if you guys did the balcony option you’ll be pleased.

Anybody hear about tix from the IU ticket office for Louisville yet?

Check "My Upcoming Events" in your IU ticket account.  If Louisville appears there it MIGHT be a pretty good indication that your request was fulfilled.

Again per my previous response to you, I am expecting expect that folks who requested Louisville tickets will receive emails in the next week or so telling them if their requests were fulfilled or not.

I don’t get what we are doing with this Baylor game ticket pricing.

- It's an exhibition

- Baylor will bring like 100 fans, so that's 17K seats left to sell

- We aren't going to move tickets with lower sidelines at $160 (lmao), lower corners $125 (lol), lower baseline $65, cheapest in the upper deck at $45.  And that's before a 20%+ Ticketmaster fees.  And parking, which will be extra costly because the Colts are playing later the same day.

- I'm looking at the seat map, and only 2/3 of the seats are available for sale and maybe a few thousand are sold or blocked for IU/VC folks.

The way this is priced, the crowd is going to be tiny and sparse.  Why not price tickets to get fans, especially families, in to see the IUBB team?  Get people hooked again.  It should be something like $20 lower bowl and $10 for club and upper deck.  Kids under 12 free.  It's an exhibition for crying out loud.

I'm not impressed with the athletic dept here.  Oh well, is what it is.

I seem to remember tickets at Tennessee last year being absurdly cheap, similar to your prices. It’s ridiculous.

Thanks. I might be missing the tab but I don’t have one saying “my upcoming events” anywhere on my account page. First time using the portal so that might be an indication it wasn’t fulfilled. Was a longshot anyway.

Sounds like I’ll be scouring the secondary market in a few weeks

Check your order history and the 2025-26 men’s basketball section. My Marquette order didn’t show up in any way until the email went out that requests were fulfilled though.

My Upcoming Events is only available when logged into your account via your cell phone if that makes a difference for you. That's where you are able to download to your wallet.
