Really nice finish on that reverse layup by Baker on SIUE. Absurd that wasn't whistled dead when 5 players were rolling on the floor for the loose ball lol

Although it does not appear he has shown any bodily movement his eyes do seem to be open. Surely you recognize that improvement vs last year.

Can’t stand watching our play style. Dump to a big on the block/close to elbow. Only 16-3’s go up. Feel like there were 3-4 guys looking to get their shot up. Lots more I’d like to say but it’s just the first game of the season

Going to be watching him carefully this year. If he struggles all year, our staff needs to seriously evaluate what they're doing with guards.

I guess winning by 19 is better than winning by 9. Hard to feel great about a game where we had 16 turnovers.

Had to play a bench platoon in the first so we could finish with the starters against a satellite campus of directional school.
