Oh the meltdown that would ensue would be epic. I hope I don’t have to see it happen.

I can’t see a guy who didn’t like recruiting coming back to recruiting and the transfer portal.

It’s literal dead week dude. Coaches aren’t working, they’re not looking at other jobs, they’re not recruiting, they’re doing literally nothing. It’s why it exists. No work. Nothing. Dead week is a complete vacation week. Did I mention it’s dead week? That means no work. It’s like a regular week, but one where college coaches are not allowed to do any work. They have to be on vacation.

If I'm not mistaken, the dead period only means no "in-person" contact. Too many people on here seem to think dead period means absolutely no contact. Could be wrong of course but me thinks it unlikely

I believe someone posted what the "dead period" rules were yesterday

He may take a page out of Woodson’s recruiting book

Woodson better be watching UConn and taking notes on how to build a championship team.
I bet kentucky offers hurley 9 million plus.

Probably needs to be north of 10 and highest paid coach ever to get his attention.  Even then seems unlikely this year.

True though I doubt money's the issue for them. I doubt hurley leaves imo.

He was too busy advising Painter how to play inside out and not take 3s.

You don't know what dead week is, do you?

Hint: It only refers to the portal and recruits.

Another hint, John Calapari is working on his departure from UK and his arrival at ARK during"dead week."

Here is a little help:

I am so sick of not being relevant in basketball anymore.   When will be put the pieces together again.  Do we really believe it is an administration issue?  What is really holding us back.
