Some of you guys are hating on Gunn, but there’s something good there. Might come out soon, maybe not.

He’s potentially what a lot of y’all are hoping for; a perimeter player who is disruptive defensively and can get his own shot.

Didn't someone on IU's staff -- Hulls maybe -- say that Mgbako was a fantastic shooter?

Either Jordy needs to have his eyes checked, or MM just clams up in games -- because I haven't seen any evidence of that.

Would love to see him face Clingan up in the mid-post, hit him with a little jab step and just go up with it. Clingan’s not quick enough to contest it.

Ware has been a very pleasant surprise.

This off-season I was disappointed that we didn’t land a multi-dimensional 2G that was a threat from the perimeter (even though a few thought I was nuts because we had Trey). After that I just hoped MM would be the perimeter threat we needed. 
That obviously hasn’t happened (so far, I’m not giving up on him) but it’s been exacerbated because both X and TG have regressed. We really need those two to pick it up.

I can't for the life of me understand anyone asking for Leal over Gunn in this game.

As you said, he's not there yet... but he's got potential and the length/athleticism to compete with these guys. The shots need to fall and the defensive decision making a little better
