If IU Lady basketball player was involved in an after game storming situation where an injury even a slight injury occurred or I suppose it could be a serious injury….what would be the  attitude….would it be critical of the player because it could happen.

South Carolina just got T'd up because a player's jersey number didn't match what was in the scorebook.

Not sure I've ever seen that at the college level.

Gamecocks are beating the snot of Texas A&M anyway.

Congratulations to former IU player and now Stanford head coach Tara Vanderveer who now has more college wins than any other male or female coach.

I’d say worse than just a flop. She directed contact with the push.

I think putting it in slow motion makes it look like that, but real speed it doesn't.  Anyway, it's not like Clark was mad about it after the game or threw a fit about it.  I don't like Clark, but court storming with the opponents on the court is going to end very badly some day.

When in slow motion? Because that is what actually happened. The fan was veering away and got pushed on the shoulder. Lol.

Imo.. When and if it does it will be because a pissed off player does something.

Let's put it this way:

In my opinion (because we'll never know) if Iowa had won that game and there were fans on the court (there would be far fewer) Caitlin Clark would have never hit the floor, nor would she have limped off like she was in trauma.

She takes hits harder than the one from that fan all game long and pops right back up. But when she's just lost? She does the same thing, and is most definitely not injured.

Another occasion? This happens:

Of course, *thank goodness* lol ... she was fine then too.

As hard as it is for IU fans to admit, Clark deserves every bit of hype she gets after tonight and it makes me feel dirty to say that but credit where it is due.

This reminds me of 2015 when Wisconsin knocked off the seemingly indestructible undefeated UK team only to choke in the championship. Can Iowa become the first Big Ten team men or women to hang a banner since MSU in 2000? A Big Ten team has won a title once with PU in 99 on women's side.

Excellent points and I like Clark and pretty much all she represents plus she constantly trying to gain a winning edge ( theatrics including refs getting away with a foul or travel once in a great while) mostly unbelievable plays and scoring.  As a person she is a great representative of a human being.

And of course if she played at IU (probably) every one would absolutely LOVE her.
