WayneFleekHoosier Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Posted his UC stuff to Instagram. He’s going to be part of “The Movement”. Hope it works out better for UC than the The Movement at IU. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners Quote

FWIW, he also posted “the next great Boiler” on Instagram and I very much doubt that. A slight sliver of hope? Jordan Hulls and his family (JC) are very tight with the Adams’. Of course, Drew is tighter. Another slight sliver of (A)-hope. IU, Indiana Elite, the Barnett’s, and Mark Adams are Adidas. Cinci is not. HoosierHoops1, go iu bb, ALASKA HOOSIER and 2 others 5 Quote

Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners mobile app Thanks.that Indiana Elite, Adidas, Indiana University thing is probably a little reinvigorated with Mike Woodson and Jordan Hulls in the mix. Thinking it’s helpful with R Burgess also. That having been said, blood is thicker than water, and it sure as hell appears that Cincinnati hired Drew for a certain player’s commitment lillurk, Demo and WayneFleekHoosier 3 Quote
Stuhoo Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 One more thing: having that 25 NBA team Pro Day on the same day as Hoosier Hysteria? That thing was scheduled with about six or seven players in mind, and I’d guess the most critical of those was someone who did not touch a ball; Flory Bidunga. I’m thinking “Cincinnati’s pro day” does not exist. Curious whether @Uspshoosier thinks it’s possible that we could move the needle here. lillurk and ALASKA HOOSIER 2 Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 So, he lives with the Adam’s. Who are the parents in the photos? Apparently Wes and Drew go way back. I think there is almost no doubt the hiring leads to his commitment, but in the day and age of Nil it seems like so many things/ways to make everyone happy. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners My understanding is that the Adams’ do not live in Kokomo. Curious who the host family couple is in the photo—one would think they are friends of the Adams’s and the reason Flory is in Kokomo. Mark Adams of Indiana Elite ran A-Hope, and sponsored Flory’s immigration to the US for high school. When @Uspshoosier checks in he will be able to clarify better than I can. I know that he has been pretty pessimistic on this one. lillurk 1 Quote

Kokomo apparently has a fairly well developed international program he is a part of. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners mobile app Stuhoo 1 Quote

Popular Post Uspshoosier Posted October 9, 2022 Popular Post Posted October 9, 2022 This one will come down to how much influence the Indiana connections (Adams) has in this recruitment. Some say it’s the end all be all of this recruitment while others think there is other paths to landing him without using that connection. I’m not sure I believe that but that’s what some are being told. I wouldn’t bet against Cincy though as long as Adams is on staff. My brothers inside Kokomo source who was out in front of Flory from the beginning even before I heard of him says he is going to go to Cincy but is kicking the tires other places. The thing to me that makes the Adams to Cincy interesting is in my opinion they hired him more for just landing Flory. If IU would of hired him after Dane was fired I wouldn’t of had a problem with it based on his past connection at IU and his short recruiting success at Bradley. Basically for me he brings more value to a program then just landing 1 international kid. I can also see why IU didn’t go his route and went with someone in house that woody would be comfortable with. Hulls connection with Indiana Elite is with the other guy the runs it not necessarily with the Adams according to something the Hysterics said. I don’t see this recruitment going IU’s way but you never know. craigyv88, taco corp, Stuhoo and 10 others 9 4 Quote
