RaceToTheTop Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 Going forward…..why should any QB recruit consider IU after seeing how much Penix did after he left IU? ALASKA HOOSIER and Rico 1 1 Quote
LamarCheeks Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 They love Mike in Seattle ... And DeBoer, too ... 4-8 last year. 10-2 this year. What a difference two guys can make. Just think, not long ago --- both were in Bloomington. Sigh ... https://www.seattletimes.com/sports/uw-husky-football/after-brilliant-apple-cup-outing-michael-penix-jr-has-secured-his-status-among-husky-legends/ Quote
Hovadipo Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 How will anyone justify Mike not getting an invite to New York? Unreal season. J34, Rico and Demo 3 Quote

Hovadipo Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 Penix holds the top two spots in Washington history for passing yards in a game. They total up to exactly 1,000 yards. You would have to add up our passing yards all the way back to the Maryland game on October, 15 to get 1,000 passing yards. LamarCheeks, Rico, go iu bb and 1 other 1 1 2 Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 Great for Mike! Outstanding. Terrible for Indiana how this played out. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners Quote
J34 Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 Will he return to UW? Will he get a big NIL deal? Will he move up draft boards? Quote

HoosierAloha Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 Happy for Penix to have a fantastic season. It's amazing a little competence can go a long way. Napleshoosier 1 Quote
monskisprodigy Posted November 28, 2022 Posted November 28, 2022 Penix really has a case for the Heisman IMO. 4,354 yards, 362 yards per game, 30 TD's, 41 pts. per game. That's umm, pretty good. Quote
