I'm not sure he's beating out many starting QBs in power 5 conferences for teams that are winning a lot.  His 45/30 TD/INT career ratio is pretty bad for a college QB.

I agree that ratio isn’t great but just think of the damage  he could do with our OL in front of him with our receivers and walk-on RB.
