I like May a lot more now than I did at this time last year. I have PTSD from hiring the up and comer because of Archie. Seeing what May did with Michigan from where they were last year impressed me. I think he would be a great hire.

I'm coming around on him, he's having a really good year. UM has improved greatly under him compared to last season so he's proving it after his jump to P4. On kenpom, has both the offense and defense in the top 25.

I would like to see his team take better care of the ball.

There is still some risk since he doesn't have a long track record of sustaining success at the B1G level but I think that is a risk worth taking.

Some think that he won't leave UM after a year but I think he would. His buyout for leaving is pretty low at $5M, soon going to $4M. That is something that he or his agent had to fight to get. That shows that he might be open to leaving for IU. However, some reports last year said that he didn't want the fishbowl of UL. If that was too much for him, would he want to go to IU which is just as bad?

The best part is, if you don’t hear about it, you won’t post 50 times that it’s completely made up.

If I post 50 times that it’s made up, the rest of you post 1,000,000 times that it’s real….

Him turning down the UL job is interesting. I’d like to know more about that. Most would say that is a better basketball job than Michigan. Always have found that one weird.

Do you mean evidence about different coaches being involved?

Sure.  Anything at all related to the search.  Who is interested, who is not.  If you hear anything.

And…….

I simply posted last night that Brady was playing in Boston last night so it wasn’t likely that Brad would fly to Miami while his son was in town

27 people attacked me like a pack of hyenas because I presented something that contradicted the Brad Stevens fantasy.. I never even said he wasn’t coming here!!! But everyone complains when I voice my opinion because I’m not slobbering over Brad Stevens

get over it

Did you catch the part on the broadcast where they said Brad was expected to be in attendance and would be heading there at the conclusion of the Celtics game?

Nothing wrong with saying this, so I’m not criticizing you here, but these are not news sources, they’re just people with bad track records sharing their opinions. Plenty of those
I just find it funny how they all say don't waste your time like they know anything
