Has there ever been a time when a coach announced he was leaving at season end, and their replacement was hired and announced before it ended? There could have been, but idk if it’s something IU would do or not. Heck, I hope!

We did this whole thing last year at the same time when we were all waiting on Woody to get fired. Now that there’s actually an opening it’s even crazier.

I believe Duke, I’m pretty sure they announce right before the NCAAT that Sheyer was going to take over after Duke after the season.
