The number of fans who would trade a football NC for a basketball one is very very low, imo. College football is so much more significant of a sport, and we’re sitting at the very top of it. No self imposed limitations. Lets do both. Ryno6284, str8baller and AkronHoosier 3 Quote

I wouldn’t trade. Love college football. Love the season it’s played and the excitement around a game. Hope we can right the basketball program but I prefer football stays elite. I’m sure overpaying for Thompson might have something to do with them losing some players as well WayneFleekHoosier, Class of '66 Old Fart and Demo 3 Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Royal and Gabe Cupps were considered the 2 best players in OH in their junior and senior high school years. Cupps named Mr. Basketball in '22 and Royal in '23. Royal has certainly had the better college career at this point. Quote

He’s in an impossible situation given how toxic his mother is on social media. Moved out west to get away from her and the change of scenery did wonders for him. He’s a high major talent but the baggage around him really limits his options. WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote

I meant counting HS moves and college moves... good catch. Class of '66 Old Fart 1 Quote
