The exodus begins at Iowa.

Iowa star PF Owen Freeman has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal, @PeteNakos_ reports. Freeman averaged 16.7 points and 6.7 rebounds this season.

Purely for trivia.  Not that it makes any difference, but he did receive an IU offer in June '21 shortly after Woody was hired in March '21.

Green Bay freshman Jeremiah Johnson is entering the transfer portal, per multiple reports. The 6’3” guard started 27/30 games played, averaging 10.5 points on 51% shooting, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.2 assists.

 

Can't believe this guy still has any eligibility left.

Iowa guard Pryce Sandfort has entered the Transfer Portal @On3sports has learned The 6-7 guard from Waukee, Iowa averaged 8.8 points this season.

He's the 3rd Iowa player to announce.  Owen Freeman was first and Brock Harding earlier today.

Powell + Tucker Devries is an excellent foundation to make big noise next year if Devries is the coach.

He also has a top 20 frosh class.
