I don’t know if that’s an issue or not.

I drink enough water during the day, at night I want something with a little taste. Dang, but from 16 to 35 I drank more Miller than I can probably count.

Start time for me most Saturday mornings was 7 am, we implemented the above rule so we could drink while watching games but not feel like alcoholics or something like that.

On that note, watching games from Hawaii was perfect as I could wake up, drink, watch games, take a nap, and then get an afternoon surf sesh in.

I heard a completely unsubstantiated rumor. Not saying it isn't possible, but didn't think it was worth mentioning unless it had legs, which so far it hasn't.

You live in Illinois, wooden?  I believe they were just starting basketball up.  At the school I teach at we've been playing since December....been a lot of postponement/cancellations as covid went through our program and other programs as well.  We've played 9 games.  Usually would be at about 16 at this point.

Yes. They were allowed to practice 2 weeks ago. Last Wednesday, the dictator, I mean Governor, and IHSA allowed games to be played. The guy who normally runs the clock at varsity games, can't do it this year because of health concerns. I do it for boys F/S and Girls Varsity, so I'm filling in for him.
Only 50 fans allowed per game. Which is stupid. 50 fans in a 1000 seat gym is different than 50 in a 400 seat gym. Should have went by percentage.

FYI.....the crowd in that scene are all students and teachers of the school I went to in high school (I was a senior that year).  Our English teacher had an in with the casting director and they paid to charter our high school to Knightstown for the filming of the first game.
FWIW, I was put on the visiting side, so I was rooting for the Olitic Owls.
