Hoosierfan31 Posted April 8, 2020 Posted April 8, 2020 I saw some nice video highlights as well, but it seemed like she wasnt really playing against great competition. However, if you have a roster spot in the WNBL you probably are nothing to scoff at. I cant find stats for the season, but it doesnt appear that she played a whole lot for the boomers, but they have several WNBA players on their roster...so not surprising since she is 16-17 years old ALASKA HOOSIER, WayneFleekHoosier, lillurk and 1 other 4 Quote
Popular Post New Aust Hoosier Posted April 11, 2020 Popular Post Posted April 11, 2020 Hope it is ok to post here and give you some more info and insight into Paige; these highlights are more reflective of the talent level against womenPurdue vs COE.pdf. She played against many WNBL players for the centre of excellence in the NBL1 which is a senior semi-pro in the WNBL offseason. There is a 6ft6 opal in the opposition who had played Europe. The COE team has a lot of girls who went into overtime vs the USA 19s at Worlds, (UCLA, Missouri, Stanford, Gonzaga commits in that team). Paige is also a 3 sport athlete, competed at Nationals in the 200m (is fast and can run all game both ways) and Discus and was a 3-time state discus champ. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDmAPCsKqBs FIBA u17 stats where she played 2 years up https://www.fiba.basketball/oceania/u17women/2019/player/Paige-Price National School Final 3 months ago played whole game against incoming Stanford and Missouri Commit, Game High 25 points, some big bomb 3's from way outside the FIBA 3 point line (Discus experience) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Zfyr7Krbkw Also started with Jaz Shelley from Oregon as a 14 year old playing in the Big V which is a tier below WNBL, hit this game-winner with a pass from Shelley to point the team into the grand final. (Also on court with Jaz and Paige is Peyton LIttle Oklahoma and Sydney Coleman TCU)https://twitter.com/paigepriceaus/status/1031084261145628674 First WNBL points vs China national team, pass from Ezi McBegor who has just been drafted WNBAhttps://twitter.com/AusEliteGirlsBa/status/1171745527915937792 We know her and your supporter base is exactly what she thrives on, she is excited to be playing with this team, your game against South Carolina showed how much of an Australian style you play; that was the clincher, tough, hard press, basketball. Also played against Purdue last year and had about 16 points, COE won by 23 but Purdue didn't have their main player Purdue vs COE.pdf thebigweave, HoosierAloha, LockdownD and 13 others 12 4 Quote

HoosierHoops1 Posted June 20, 2021 Posted June 20, 2021 From her Twitter on June 11th. Its a big decision to go home but i have an opportunity to be near family and to go PRO. I will miss all the connections and memories made in my time at IU. No place like home. ❤️ Class of '66 Old Fart and mamasa 2 Quote
