Way to early lists do have validity.  Yes there are exceptions…you can always point to team or that team circumstances, inaccuracy and roster change, however going with percentages it is a snapshot of who needs to rebuild, reload, or those closest to setting with the strongest teams.

Not really now, it’s pre-portal transfers

Quite a stat. Honestly, I'm surprised it's happened that often.

Kinda curious as to what irons in the fire we have in regards to the portal. That info isn't as readily available as on the men's side.

We have a good core coming back with some nice pieces coming in, but could use some help. And we've got schollys to play with.

Really want to see us continue to be a player on the national scene.

You never have enough shooters and I think they need another center taller than 6'3. I look for the two freshman to show enough improvement to be factors next year. I'd like to see them pick up a lights out shooter like Scalia from the portal.

Women's program has always been quiet on recruiting whether HS or portal.  This is frustrating to us fans for sure.

On the Ladies side not sure how much NIL schools are about, but some schools and several in big ten are getting some of the best impact players from transfer portal.  It seems fluid and steady (kinda more easy).
IU Ladies game time experience hoopla,  attendance, and facilities have to be arguably one of the best.

Then the integrity of T. Moren, staff, and players to one another = 0 IU players in transfer portal this year….. expect IU Ladies to get a couple players from the transfer portal = 13 player roster. (maybe at most 14)

CMM throwing some shade at those meddling kids up north ...

Would be nice if this had a little context, though. It's written from a PU point of view and I can't help but think it's sole purpose is to stoke the fire in the rivalry (though when it comes to women's hoops, it hasn't been much of a rivalry lately).

It basically just says CMM said PU fans are "trolls." I have a feeling there's a little more to it than that.

(Damn -- that sure is one long URL)

And way to early polls do have validity .  T. Moren keeping true to her philosophy as Program family cohesiveness with transfer portal being a part of it.   Now IU Ladies are a top 25 team and will once again move towards a top 10 team…competing for big ten championship regular season championship, big ten conference championship, and a March Madness tournament run.  This version of IU Ladies is moving towards the most depth it’s ever had meaning when players sub in the play maintains continued high level of play.  Play does not drop off.

Don't go overboard. I 100% agree team is in top-15-25 team. However, with UCLA and USC in conference now as national powers they have little chance of competing for Big Ten title. 3-5 in league is likely though and a borderline host that is between a 4-6 seed in NCAA tourney.

I have them right around 20 now as a 5-6 seed in postseason with potential to be higher if team gels and Meister and Beaumont take a step forward.

Definitely reason to be excited for another great season but saying they are close to top-10 now or can compete with USC and UCLA for Big Ten Title without seeing how squad plays together yet is a bit of a stretch. I do trust Moren to get the most out of her players though and if we find out there is top 10-15 talent, team will get there. If it is top 20-25 roster that will be reflected in results as well.

One thing you can be assured of is they will not underachieve and Moren will squeeze every last bit of the onion out of next season wherever that ends up.
