Going to be on the right side of the bubble but in Dayton for most bracketologist while some will have them first 4 out.  They are right on the cut line.  Need to stack wins.  0 losses outside the Q1 will look really good for a bubble team.   Wins over Purdue and @Sparty will look really good

Find a way to get @oregon and we are really talking.  But really need the other 3 badly

Win 3 out if the next four and they are at 10 conference wins which sounds like it gets the in.

(but it shouldn’t be this hard)

With IU's win and Ohio State's loss, currently IU would be a 10 seed in the Big Ten Tournament (and would play Rutgers in the opener).

If USC beats Rutgers today, then IU would move be the 9 seed as they would win a tiebreaker over Nebraska and USC in a three team tie.  That seed would have IU playing Oregon on Thursday.

Had the same idea L4 in or FFO, going 3-1 over to finish the season and the Hoosiers are probably dancing. Although, I prefer IU to win a couple of games in the BTT, if they make it. Before today, I believe there was still 4,600 possible outcomes where IU misses the BTT.

Hoosiers moved up 3 spots from 59 to 56 in the NET after the win

if you were wondering Purdue fell 5 spots from 14 to 19 after the loss

Moved up to 50 on Pom.  Think they were at 56 entering today.

Currently at 58 on Torvik.  Were at 65 entering today.

FWIW, Oregon is 4-4 at home in conference.

But every game we have left we can win or lose....we've shown that.

Fun fact. the stretch of 11 straight Q1 games IU just played where they were the underdog they finished 3-8.  Probably won some spreads still however the last game they were favored in was the USC game.  @johnsoniucan confirm this or tell me I’m wrong

as I’ve said for a very long time on here if IU goes 10-10 in conference they are going to have a very good chance at making the tourney.   These schools are who IUs resume is going to be compared to and not Duke,  Auburn, Sparty or Houston.   And some people said that IU had to go 12-8 just to be considered.  It’s all about what those wins are in the each case.   IU is in a spot where 11-9 and they are probably locked in. 4 games left 3 Q2 and 1 Q1 where depending on what Ohio State does that one could move back to Q1.   IU has put them in position to control their own destiny when it comes to making the tourney.   Not what any of us wanted with a team that was projected to finish 2nd but it’s still a possible tourney selection

They better not be playing at all in the First 4 or I’m going to be really mad.   I’ve already had to watch them in the First 4 once.  That’s my stress free basketball watching when we go to Dayton.  If IU is there it’s definitely not stress free

I will be back from my tropical island vacation on the 18th.  The first four starts at the same time of my plane arrival.  The UD arena in Dayton is a fun visit.  Easy access.  Good seats.

Skip the Pine Club for something more fun...for restaurants.  It is stuffy and only accepts cash.

Lots of fun place on 5th street.  Toxic Brewery is there but no food.

I like the Dayton Beer Company.

Thanks for the Bracketology information!

And I agree...sure hope that IU does NOT play in Dayton.  Hope they play anyplace else in the NCAAT.
