I just saw Crimson Cast tweeted UF colors then a hour later asked if we would be okay with a guy who has made the tourney 1 outta 6 years. Has to be talking Mike White and I am thrilled. He may not have made the tourney but he made 3 NIT's at Louisiana Tech and looks like a FF sleeper this year. Had a decent year last year but has improved each year metrics wise. His defense is always good regardless of where he is. He limits turnovers as well and his offenses have been good too. Any coach will improve their personal talent at IU than previous jobs so if they bring a system that works and is proven to a program that will bring in talent regardless it could be a good match. Being only 40 helps a lot as well. His demeanor is very solid too. I have seen him rising on boards with this run and would be happy with it.

 

I have been seeing a lot of Tony Bennett on twitter as well and those colors could have meant UVA too. The 1 outta 6 is what made me think White. I would be thrilled with either 2 as well as Archie and of course Billy D. Get me one of those guys and I am fine. Collins wouldnt bother me either.

 

Where is the Bill Self talk coming from?

Didnt even think of that!! He mentioned several interesting colors are that in a comment. So Mike White, Billy D or Tony Bennett is our guy then I will sit back and relax knowing we are in good hands.

IDC lol all these rumors that I dont get involved with that everyone else on here does saves me the trouble. Billy, Bennett or White would make me thrilled though so if they arent just messing around thatd be awesome. If they are I just wasted some valuable bathroom time.

Maybe we're getting Alford leaks so we will be more likely to excited about anyone that's not Alford. If Alford is never mentioned there would be a lot of people with someone like a White or Marshall, but if we get someone real low on someone's list we're still pumped it's not Alford.

I'm not really serious, but since we're throwing out random theories to keep hope it fits that criteria.

Sounds like it. I said if its Mike White yeah on his tourney success thing and he liked it and put a wink face. The colors do imply 3 different great options tho. Any of the 3 would be fine with me.
