It is certainty possible that Billy Donovan will not be the next men's basketball coach at Indiana University. Bringing a sitting NBA coach back to college is no easy task even if that coach is contemplating a move.
If Fred Glass announces Ryan Joseph "Archie" Miller as our new head coach on Tuesday I will still be very excited about the future of this program.
 

I'll be excited for anyone but Alford. I'll still support an Alford led team, but near as excited.

True. But if you read that forum thoroughly i think you can definitely get the impression that he is not legit.

How wierd is it that some of our fans entire rational for not wanting Donovan is that he is an East Coast guy? Like that is actually going to affect him recruiting to IU. He won two national titles when they were growing up, is known as a great coach, is currently coaching Westbrook who took the NBA by storm this year, but because he isn't from the Midwest they think he can't/won't recruit well here. Just kind of blows my mind

He claimed no meetings with Crean happened before he was fired.  Glass said otherwise in his press conference, why would the athletic department say something different than Glass?
