So you're saying we aren't capable of a grand slam because...

Knight choked out every ump, player, coach, and fan so nobody is really sure what he hit.

Davis nailed a single to left field only to be picked off.

Samscum was having every teammate shoot him up with every steroid known before stroking out at the plate.

Crean drilled one deep and got too caught up in a clapping frenzy to stretch it to a triple.

I like the potential in Chris Collins, Mike White, and Archie Miller.

I assume Mike White is waiting for Duke. Archie is waiting for OSU, and Chris Collins is waiting for an upgrade.

We might just be that upgrade for Collins. If he's hired, I would be happy. He's an upgrade over Crean, that's for sure.

Who do I think will be coach...? (Note that I'm an eternal optimist)

I believe it goes one of two ways. 1) Donovan or Sean Miller is hired, Btown goes apepoop, and the rest of college basketball is put in notice

2) a young up and comer is hired to see what they can do over the next 3-5 years. If they don't pan out I believe we get who we all want. Miller, Collins, and White fit this profile.

There are some influential boosters who are getting up there in years that want to see the consistent winner all of us want. I don't see these high end boosters investing money into a program that is happy to win a B1G regular season title here and there along with a few Sweet 16s.
