It's a prop plane, like Mile said on 247.  I'd think we'd be looking for a jet.

The one to St. Louis was. This one turned around quick. They were either dropping something important off (not saying IU related) or someone.

A Cessna 421 is more than enough to get someone from Bloomington to Dayton comfortably. I'm not saying that flight was one thing or another, but the type of plane being used isn't really uncommon.

The plane to Dayton was the prop plane the plane to St. Louis was a private jet that was there for about 3 hours. According to Mile.

That Cessna is owned by a jewelry store, jewelry can be important.  Plus I'd think a jewelry store that has it's own plane has some VIPs.  Very well could be unrelated.
