Penn St @ Indiana, Wednesday 6:30 on BTN - Official Game Thread

Recommended Posts

This game is extraordinarily consequential for the Tom Crean era at IU.

Why? It is a game we'll be favored to win, and might not. If we don't it could be the last game we're favored to win during the B1G season, save for maaaaybe a quite losable home game against Michigan.

On Wednesday we might level the ship, we might at least restore some level of stability for the rest of the season, or we might start an avalanche.

The buzzards (Big Ten Teams) are circling waiting for that last breath of the injured rabbit (who do you think)! This team, well I believe it has been stated time and time again, beating a dead horse. If they win, I really don't see the ship recovering, unless JBJ comes back and scores 30+ every night. But with current line ups (JN with either of the Mc's), teams are just going to double up on him and Rojo and let Bryant score. It worked last night minus JBJ, it will prolly work again.

Penn State will be itching to get one back after we stole one in Happy Valley. I don't think our team will be pumped and I'm expecting a pretty lethargic home crowd. If JBJ plays we should win by 10 or so but if he doesn't I think we lose. We need a W if we don't want to become the laughingstock of the Big 10.

Expect the thinnest crowd of the year

If we are expecting the thinnest crowd of the year, I wish we would find a way to make a statement with it.  Not sure what that may be and I wouldn't want it to be taken against the players necessarily, but something!

Someone in the bleachers across from the bench to hold up signs..?

Make adjustments

Quit subbing

Limit turnovers

Slow the F down

Find a new team to coach (number to the local Y team)

Those are all great suggestions, I'm going to lose it if I actually see a sign in the crowd that says any of those.  LOL

I don't know if this is a Nittany Lion or not, but most of our opponents are certainly smelling blood this year.

That's not a Nittany lion, a Nittany lion is a mountain lion from the Nittany mountains.

Thank you, Google.
