Well shots weren't falling and our defense suffered as a result. That has to tighten up. Down 16 to ND last year in the 2nd half. Many players on this team were a big part of that. Let's get it done so BTB doesn't implode.

That was embarrassing!! Honestly besides Bryant & Blackmon we have 10 points!!!! I was very high on Newkirk before this season, but when we play good teams he is horrible. He dribbles too much just like Yogi, but Yogi was twice as good as him so he found ways to score himself and was a better passer and dribbler. I don't like Newkirk running our team. Against bad teams he looks great as ANY IU player should.

It seemed like after the first few 3's didn't go, everyone from top to bottom became perplexed.

We were much more explosive last year with Yogi and Troy. That said we can still right the ship this half and make a game.

We were much more explosive last year with Yogi and Troy. That said we can still right the ship this half and make a game.

Yeah, Troy took off in the 2nd on both ends. This team won't turn the ball over like ND. We have to rebound and get hot.

people said we wouldn't miss troy lmao. We have no one nearly as explosive as he was around the basket. OG is a great athlete but he can't dribble.

Glad I'm not the only one. He kills our offensive rhythm. I'd rather Juwan run our team over him, but CuJo or Green should play more than him. I have said all along since it was a safe bet we were gonna get 4-5 kids in this class that this may be Newkirk's only year as a Hoosier.

Our shot selection is about as bad as any team I've seen.  It's fine when you're making 3's. When you're not and you force everything else, it looks like this.
