Neither he nor their guards feed the post. More than once Jake was open with nice position, and they never even ball faked or tried. These games are just glorified AAU games IMO.

ESPN hyping Reddish as much as they can when the few minutes I've watched he's been flat terrible. The best thing he did was, finally, pass the basketball to a wide open teammate in transition.

Not sure how much more I'll watch so I wanted to give my thoughts.  I'll preface with his team really isn't utilizing him in this game, so that has to be factored in these thoughts.

Off what I saw I'd consider him a high energy player with upside.  I'd suggest tempering expectations on first year contributions, but that's not uncommon for a freshman.  He ran the floor and got good position on rebounds.  Defense needs work as well as offense.  He clanged a couple free throws as well as a pretty good look at a 15 foot jumper.  A couple of times I saw the ball hit him in the hands and he couldn't bring it in; once on a rebound, but he was quick on the floor for the loose ball.

It's the Cam Reddish show so you don't have much to go off of offensively.  Not much passing by anyone on his team.

Westtown not interested in playing D. Sad. Forrester a much, much bigger factor than he was last season.

Seems like a good teammate.

In some respects playing second fiddle to Reddish might be beneficial from an attitude standpoint.  Forrester won't be coming in with the 'look at me' attitude.

Interesting discussion on ESPN recruiting after the game who could be the next Trae Young. Kid ranked out of the top 10 who will. Biancardi picked Garland because he will be the man at Vandy. The other dude picked Grimes at Kansas for the same reasons. The third guy picked Dosunmu.
