We can't discount for age. We need to be elite. If it lasts only 15-20 years before another hire so be it. But we need the guarantee over the younger risky higher.

Not going to freak out if we don't get Donovan, I'd be okay with Marshall or Archie Miller for example, both are good coaches who I think can do a great job here. Donovan is far and away the best option though.

Haven't been to their boards, but I've seen Tweets where OKC fans aren't happy with Billy, not sure why though.

If things don't work out with Stevens or Donovan, I'd almost make more of a run at Holtman from Butler than anyone else. He recruits the area and the state really well and has his teams competing.
