Dorsett, Werner, and Trent Richardson are notable player acquired via first round pick or trading away our first round pick. Not a great recipe for winning football games. Grigson has to go. Pagano refused an extension before the season and coached the season without any contract for the next year. A presser there isn't surprising. Most teams that their season ended yesterday are having a state of the team type of conference today. Bears already had theirs today.
