rcbowla Posted October 19, 2022 Posted October 19, 2022 Wayne and Harrison were GOATs but they also had a GOAT throwing them the ball. Man, they were fun to watch. Pittman has a lot of potential for sure and he's really good. Hard to say what he would look like with a Prime Peyton Manning but he doesn't jump off the screen the same way to me. I think he's great between the numbers but I agree nothing about his game makes you go "wow" there's something special about him. I got that from Harrison's crazy corner end zone catches and Wayne's silky smooth route running and hands of glue. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote

Now, Alec Pierce has a little of that "wow" factor as a go get it guy. If he can become more consistent then he can really be something special imo.Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk J34 1 Quote

During the jags game they mentioned that his dad was an RB and he always wanted to do that but grew up tall and lanky instead. I think that explains a lot about his game. Quote

If it is one thing we know about Pittman Jr. it is that he has good genetics. Quote
CSP Posted October 20, 2022 Posted October 20, 2022 83 YPG x 17 games= 1400 yards+ ...Which would have put him 5th in the league last year. That is the pace Pitt is on right now. Reggie is one of my favorite Colts ever, in the top 4, no question. He wasn't elite his first three years, whether he had Marvin Harrison or not. He wasn't. He was marginally above avg. Reggie got 20% of the targets in Year 3 and didn't produce, overly well. Pittman has stupidly outperformed Reggie Wayne through 2.5 years of their career. Quote

Had never thought about it, but he’ll retire with an MVP trophy and in the top 10 all-time in yards, completions, and TDs. Who knows where he’ll be by the time he gets on the ballot, but I’m sure there are worse players in the hall. He’ll definitely get knocked for not having a title. Demo and CSP 2 Quote

Joe Nammath was 50.1% for his career. 173 TDs 220INTs. HOF. Idk what that means for Ryan, but I saw his stats the other day. Thought it was interesting. Quote

(Seriously this annoys me) I'd bet Ryan makes it in. He was really good for a long time. I'd say he sucks this year but... Hovadipo and thebigweave 2 Quote

That’s a great question Would think a guy who was top 5-10 in the league for a dozen years with an MVP and the big stats is probably a yes, though you could argue that he’s been mostly a compiler. But there are liable to be a bunch of guys waiting to get in, so it may take a good while. Could maybe see him being one of those guys on the doorstep for a few years who doesn’t quite make it, gets passed over by the next wave, and then becomes a senior committee guy down the road. KingPG21 Posted October 23, 2022 Posted October 23, 2022 Pretty sure Matt Ryan can’t read a defense at this point. Both of those interceptions were awful Quote
