HoosierAloha Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Anyone still think we win next week? Purdue's offense is doing whatever it wants to Wisconsin. Up 17-14 after a trick play touchdown. If they beat Wiscy I don’t see anyway we beat them in West Laffy. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote
LIHoosier Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Its 38-17 Wisky now, lets give Purdon't a chance to don't before getting all riled up. Edit: Another score, breathe even easier. thebigweave 1 Quote
Brass Cannon Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Hopefully being out of bowl contention will kill their spirits a bit Quote
TheWatShot Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Wisconsin's turnovers are keeping Purdue in this game. 4 after that interception, including 3 lost fumbles. Quote
LIHoosier Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Who's the random tuba player playing non-stop in the WIsky/Purdon't game? BGVille Hoosierfan 1 Quote
TheWatShot Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 I don't normally complain about broadcasters, but the FOX guys are annoyingly pro-Purdue. Quote
BGVille Hoosierfan Posted November 24, 2019 Posted November 24, 2019 And Purdue is officially out of bowl contention!Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Walking Boot of Doom, Hoosier Roots, southsidehoosier and 2 others 5 Quote
TheWatShot Posted November 24, 2019 Posted November 24, 2019 My favorite moments from this game: Wisconsin's kicker hit a 62-yard field goal to end the first half, that grazed the upright just above the crossbar on its way through. His previous career long was 44; Purdue giving up a 22-yard run on 3rd and 19; and the pro-Purdue announcing crew praising the Purdue defense for allowing just a yard on a first and goal run from the 5. I only caught some of the game. But they wouldn't stop talking up Brohm. Its weird talking up a guy whose team is now 4-7 Quote

At the end of the day Purdue will be watching IU play in a bowl game next month. IU did what they had to do. They beat the teams they were supposed to beat and stayed relatively healthy. Kudos to them. Quote
LIHoosier Posted November 24, 2019 Posted November 24, 2019 Miami is Florida International's town now. I hope as a trophy they welded all of the U's stupid gimmicks together. Quote

Wouldn’t call losing your starting QB for pretty much all the biggest games of the season relatively healthy. They played a much higher level of football this year even if we didn’t beat the big four in the East. LamarCheeks 1 Quote
LamarCheeks Posted November 24, 2019 Posted November 24, 2019 TCU-Oklahoma is a wing-dinger. Frogs have the ball with 3-plus minutes to go, down four and 60 yards to go. Quote
LamarCheeks Posted November 24, 2019 Posted November 24, 2019 Dream is pretty much over for TCU. Got one first down via penalty, then threw a pick on fourth and 6. Quote
biteoftheapple Posted November 24, 2019 Posted November 24, 2019 ASU beat Oregon tonight. Took a 17 point lead with about 10 mins remaining, and held on . 31-28 final. Quote
