The Michael Vick experiment isn't going terribly well so far. 

3rd quarter: Virginia State 16, Norfolk State 10 

VSU is Division II.

Yeah, as often as the IUBB/Nebraska FB comp is tossed around I think the path UF football is taking might ultimately be a more accurate comp. It looks like a great job but there’s a lot of headwind there. Nobody at this point thinks Nebraska’s a great job.

Just aw the Sayin stat line from OSU-Grambling. 18-19 for 306 with 4 td’s and a pick. So the kid through 19 passes and none of them hit the ground.

I think most rational people can see what you’re saying, but I’m not sure how rational a guy like Cig is. He went in front of 17,000 people right after taking the job and said that 3 conference members suck. And while he has since said that he wanted to get a rise out of people, I can almost guarantee he believed every word he said on his insane press tour between taking the job and last season starting. 

That job/jobs like it are the flame and coaching sickos are the moth.

He admitted today that his emotions got the better of him in deciding to go for it o 4th v kicking a field goal. He was mad that his kicking team messed around and took a delay of game penalty.

I can see where Cig could get off track a bit and let things sway his decision making

#12 Arizona State snatched defeat from the jaws of victory at Mississippi State. They'll be dropping in this week's poll.

The Devils gave up a 58 yard TD with 41 seconds left in the game after going up 20-17 moments earlier. Then, following the kickoff, ASU QB Sam Levitt threw a game-ending interception to end the game.
