Chips&Dipo Posted June 16, 2016 Posted June 16, 2016 Boogie is a head case but also the best center in the NBA.. until Karl Anthony-Towns takes that over. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using BtownBanners mobile app Dwight Howard was "the best center in the NBA" and a head case. How did that turn out? Alford Bailey Posted June 16, 2016 Posted June 16, 2016 Give me Curry, Durant and Westbrook. Cousins and Lebron are there too just don't want to deal with the egos. Quote

X-Hoosier Posted June 16, 2016 Posted June 16, 2016 I'm kind of surprised no one's went with Kyrie so far. Well considering there are a few PG's ahead of him.. it'd be silly.. Curry, Westbrook, Lillard would be ahead of him as scoring guards. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using BtownBanners mobile app Quote
CookHallGymRat Posted June 16, 2016 Posted June 16, 2016 Current: Lebron, Curry, KD Future: Kawhi, Towns, D'angelo Quote

X-Hoosier Posted June 16, 2016 Posted June 16, 2016 He's been the best guard in the NBA finals so far though. Lillard over Kyrie? Cmon now... Lillard is an actual leader. Did you see the team he took to the playoffs? Not to the playoffs but as a 6 seed. That's without LeBron and in the West. Yes I'd take Lillard over Irving. 10 times out of 10. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using BtownBanners mobile app Lillard spent four years in college. Kyrie played like 10 games at Duke and then went to the dumpster fire that was the Cavs. He was just a talented kid on a garbage team. It's not an excuse, Kyrie just wasn't mature. Kyrie might not be much of a leader right now, but having LeBron in his ear every day will only help him. He was still recovering from his knee injury for most of the year but seems to finally be hitting his stride. Give him an offseason to actually work on his game and not spend it all rehabbing and I think we'll see some big improvements. I'm excited to see what he can do when he becomes "the man" in Cleveland as LeBron declines. Quote

Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Dwight Howard and Boogie also play nothing alike. As soon as Howards athleticism was gone he wasn't anything special where as Boogie will still be dang near the same player regardless of when his athleticism goes. Quote

There isn't a single center in the league right now that can do the stuff he can. I'd take Drummond every single time as well, that athleticism and frame is nuts. I mean I'd take KAT all the time going forward too. I'm biased, but I'd take Turner long term. Dude can block shots and can step out and hit the three ball, centers aren't suppose to be able to do that Quote

Dwight was an absolute monster in Orlando. SVG built a really solid team around him. Howard is still a good defensive center, and a good player when he's engaged. X-Hoosier 1 Quote
