I'm hoping that we learn from this loss and come out angry as hell with a point to prove in the big dance! We never do well in the B1G tournament so I'm not so worried but hey it would of made for a better weekend had we won and then beat Purdont. Go IU! Looking forward to selection Sunday!

We won't drop to a 5 but we're likely off the 3 line.

that will depend on what teams around the 3-5 seed line do. No way we can hang onto a 3 seed now. The question now is do we fall all the way to a 5 if (Maryland plays Purdue in the finals), Baylor wins big 12 tournament, notre dame wins the acc tournament, Arizona or cal winning the pac 12. In other words iu should be pulling for the teams above them on the 1-2 lines

With Iowa and Indiana losing, pu won't have a "quality" win in the BTT before the committee finalizes their brackets.  Maryland is in a similar situation in that they won't get a quality win against Nebraska.  Yes, they reached the semi-finals or finals but they're good wins in the BTT but not really quality.  Notre Dame is getting hammered.  I guess Cal or Zona and Texas A&M or Kensucky could make up the difference but it will take several things to go against us to move us all the way down to a 5.  I don't see it happening.

i think it will depend on where Purdue is on the s curve Maybe I should of separated them. If Maryland beat mich st and then Purdue they will probably be ahead of us on the s curve if Purdue beats mich st in the final then they probably will be ahead of us in the s curve
