Just another example of the small but steady improvement Coach Wilson is making with IU football.  In the past we never had enough early recruits to even sniff a top 25 ranking.  

Hopefully we can hold onto these kids!

Why stop there? Let's grab a few 4 star DBs, a few on the D-line and O-line, and a 5 star WR that 4 star QB can toss it up to.

Not opposed to that. Its just that getting your QB in the fold seems to do a lot to set the tone of the class. Get one of your top choice QB's and it will help fill in the rest of the class.

With the commit of Derrius Mullins, IU now has 11 commits for '17. 247 has this class currently ranked at 54th, and a Composite of 58th. Rivals has IU at 59th, but based on average stars, it appears that they are 50th. I add that average because at this point there are some teams that have 20 or more commits, while others have half a dozen or less. This makes average stars a bit better of a barometer at this point, although its to early for any system to really "tell the tale". Scout has us at 56th and if I counted right, 53rd in average stars.
