Naismith Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 My suggestion, moving forward, is that when the "Ship is Listing," that TC calls a timeout before it is laying on the ocean floor! HoosierAloha, Napleshoosier and ALASKA HOOSIER 3
MartintheMopMan Posted February 17, 2016 Author Posted February 17, 2016 is this a actual big ten comercial? It is posted on their facebook so... I'm going to say yes. For those of you who haven't clicked, here's a screenshot to tempt you: WayneFleekHoosier, coonhounds, Bobman1 and 1 other 4
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 Would really like to see IU jump on Nebrasketball early and build a lead. Hopefully we can see a good bit of Niego, OG, JMor, and... MSB! If we don't, then things aren't going well at all!
HoosierAloha Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 If we don't, then things aren't going well at all! I'm really worried about our legs.. In our last 5 games we've lost our touch from outside. I think it's a combination of opponents taking that away and fatigue setting in. @MSU 38.5 (2FG%) 36.7 (3FG%) Iowa 52.6 (2FG%) 36.0 (3FG%) @PSU 40.0 (2FG%) 33.3 (3FG%) @Mich 63.9 (2FG%) 33.3 (3FG%) Minn 61.5 (2FG%) 11.1 (3FG%) Class of '66 Old Fart 1

HoosierAloha Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 Yogi looks exhausted. He needs to schedule a nap. I guess playing him 30+ minutes in every B1G game and 35+ in 11/13 B1G games will do that. He played 35, 31, 35, and 37 minutes in blowouts against O$U, ILL, NU, and @UM respectively. That's just not great personnel management.
Stuhoo Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 Shavon Shields did not travel with Nebrasketball. Bobman1, hoosierpap, FortWayneHoosier and 2 others 5
MartintheMopMan Posted February 17, 2016 Author Posted February 17, 2016 No hot water this morning. That can't be an awesome portend. FortWayneHoosier 1

southsidehoosier Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 Pleeeeeeeeeeeease let us rest our guys if we get a nice lead. Need those legs for Saturday. Please Crean please.
sirhoosierlot Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 Here's an actual video from BTN to uh... get you pumped up:https://www.facebook.com/BTN/videos/10153550997374022/ [attachment=3416:ImageUploadedByBtownBanners1455720503.978646.jpg]
MartintheMopMan Posted February 17, 2016 Author Posted February 17, 2016 Someone tweet Doc Libby and tell her to remind Yogi if we are dominating in the fourth quarter, he should be tugging his shirt until he gets to rest for the remainder. Not going to get to sit otherwise. Napleshoosier, Class of '66 Old Fart and ALASKA HOOSIER 3
Naturalhoosier Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 No hot water this morning. That can't be an awesome portend. At least you had heat! MartintheMopMan 1
HoosierCoop Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 Feeling good about this game. Can't overlook this one regardless of Shields not making the trip. How in the world did they go into East Lansing and win? Napleshoosier 1
MartintheMopMan Posted February 17, 2016 Author Posted February 17, 2016 At least you had heat! Let's add, "missed an evidentiary deadline" to my bad day list. Though, the opposing attorney and I are on good terms and I anticipate less than a 25% chance of any repercussions. I can only assume I'm collected all the badness so the team will be showered with goodness. That makes sense. And you're right Natty, I'd rather be in my lukewarm shower and step out into the heat than huddled around the fire in the den with a hot shower. Actually, with a good book and a warm blanket, huddling sounds pretty relaxing. Naturalhoosier 1

WayneFleekHoosier Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 Worried about PU. No worries tonight. We will cruise and feel good about ourselves after this 1. Hopefully Troy and Yogi gain some flow back. It's crunch time. Stack up the W's! hoosierpap, Naturalhoosier, HoosierAloha and 2 others 5

It took about 2 hours for the house to warm up but it made it there! Worst case scenario for me if our hot water goes out would be to drive to work and shower at the gym (just must be sure to have my flip flops)!

He played 35, 31, 35, and 37 minutes in blowouts against O$U, ILL, NU, and @UM respectively. That's just not great personnel management. Denzel Valentine of MSU has played no less than 30 minutes in the Spartan's last five B1G games, four of which were blowouts (30 minutes vs. Northwestern in a 31 point blowout, 30 minutes vs. Rutgers - 34 point blowout, 34 minutes vs. Michigan - 16 point victory, 42 minutes vs. PUke in a 1 point OT victory, and 38 minutes against IU in a 19 point victory). His point production in that time span, 19, 20, 21, 27, 30 - 117 points. Valentine was in the IU game until 40 seconds left to play. Look at Wisconsin, I imagine Showalter, Happ, Koenig and Hayes all average 30 minutes or more in the B1G, and they have won 7 in a row, In February and March (and beyond), big players play big minutes.
