But outside of him the tide had shifted as Bailey said the two weeks leading up to it. Then Garland said we weren’t even in second place day of announcement. Others outside of Rabjohns said that in the weeks leading up to it. Hell Garlands classmates at high school were putting it on Twitter he was going to Vandy. He is normally right but when you put blind faith in him and only him, you will tend to be disappointed from time to time. Same with every analyst. That visit to UK was positive but it’s not seeing the level of movement on the CB you would expect if he was for sure going there. I have been very outspoken on what I was told last year.
