I also think Fred Glass is a smart man, my wife has known the family since childhood. I don't have inside info, but I've taken Glass's support of Crean as keeping the recruiting going. He isn't going to cut the legs out from under the HC and will make the move when the time is right. He is smart enough to be supportive and be supportive up until the change is made.
